people want the same pipe, I will always honor the first request. If
you are my mother, and asked 2nd, don't expect preferential
treatment.
Payment can be made in a variety of ways:
By e-mail
1) send your e-mail request to: Mpulvers@aol.com. Include your
name, contact information, the pipe you want. Copy the entire
BOLD text of the title of the pipe and paste it into the e-mail.
Example: Sven Bang #8634. I'll confirm your request by return
e-mail or phone call and the payment method, which could be a
convenient PayPal transaction.
Note: you do not need to become a PayPal member to make a
secure credit card payment via PayPal.
Phone or Fax
2) Call 1-650-965-7403 and if I'm not in, please leave a short
message with a return number and I'll get back to you as quickly as
possible. Please enunciate as my machine tends to muddy
the sounds a bit.
Shipping Rates
In the U.S., we charge the following:
$5 to $99 pipes: $5.50 West of the Mississippi; $6 East of the MS
$100-$199 pipes: $7.50
$200-$499: $10.00
For more expensive pipes, I will have to give individual quotes
because insurance is now quite expensive.
Pipe Tampers: $3.50
I use USPS Priority for all of the above listed shipments. If you
insist upon UPS, you will be accommodated, but the rates are
higher and often delivery time is slower.
Outside of the U.S., we can ship most orders via USPS
International Express. This should provide delivery in a week or
less. Due to increased postal rates, this service now costs about
$30. There are cheaper methods of international mailing, but they
do not provide tracking and we can not be responsible if delivery is
not successful.
